Born on Good Friday, April 5th, 1996 in Silver Spring Maryland, Katherine “Katie” Delia Enos lived her last wonderful days in Westford, Massachusetts. Even though she was only just fourteen, Katie had already chosen that her life profession was to be a writer. She wrote constantly, with many story ideas plastering her room, on her computer, and stuffed in drawers and containers.

Katie died on June 30th, 2010, as a result of a pedestrian accident on one of the many dangerous country roads in her hometown and is missed dearly by her family and by countless friends, teammates, and fellow soccer players.

Children of the Dead Book CoverKatie wrote many works but did not get to complete any of her writing. Children of the Dead; the first book of The Chronicles of Articia; is based on one of her earliest efforts to write a full novel. Katie had hoped to become immortalized by the power of the words that she had written. This book is the first of many that will be derived from the thousands of pages that she penned before her death.
